Everyone benefits from learning. Especially when we put what we have learned into action. Often, we can get caught up in the day to day of business ownership and then we can dismiss the importance of sharpening our skills. Or when it is time to learn a new skill. A great leader and especially a business owner need to know how to perform every position in his or her business. I know some things can get intense hence you would combine basics with working with training professionals to learn more about a particular position. Yes, I am speaking of accounting. Since people have reduced accounting to receipt tracking and taxes, they really don’t see how other aspects of their business are impacted by accounting. (We also do more than cut checks in payroll or pay bills in accounts payable, or collections, or counting inventory.)
I will give another example such as marketing. I spent time taking training sessions here and there, observations, and training to learn enough for the marketing type that I use today. I learned more about blogging. And after much back and forth over other marketing options I find that blogging works best for me. I can create my blogs as the creativity flows through me. I don’t feel like I have limitations when it comes to blogging. But my key point is I took various training sessions to learn this information.
Accounting training came from institutional learning. I obtained two accounting degrees along with work experience in various business types and positions over the years. My number one training tool is observation. I observe and then examine as in researching what I learn and then testing that out before I roll out. I learning a skill and applying the skill in my business that helps me to build out my services. Marketing of course is to help me get my business out there. So let me give you another skill example.
Learning about creating videos and other aspects. I am not as skilled as a professional with video creation, but I learned enough to help me with my teaching tutorials and videos for sharing information and blogging. That is all I need. But I would not offer digital or video training as a service. We have people out there today that are using people as a “subject matter expert.” Watching them and then attempting to offer those services as their services. I have seen people do this to marketers as well. Watching how they offer a service and then they market that service in their business. Unless that marketer is specifically training you how to be a marketer like them then technically you are stealing. So that is not the type of training I am speaking of when I talk about training.
My training services are to help business owners learn how to implement accounting and business procedures into your business or businesses. That would not necessarily mean everyone would benefit from what you have learned. (Commenting). But I am learning that while people put accountants down, they really see the value in what we offer. But they want the perceived income that they believe comes with that value. Without seeing the reality of the protection and orderly systems we offer that benefit individual business owners. So, your training would cause another business owner to fall short on their needs. (Commentary.) And that would go both ways as taking advice from a non-professional accountant can hurt what you need. (Commentary.)
I would say if you were not sure what an accountant does then I will link
a blog down below. If you see that an accountant can assist you with
business management that produces a more productive, profitable, and
sustainable business then you are in the right place.
I offer training appointments on an individual basis. I do not offer group appointments. And if you have someone listening in that is a violation of my policies. Please don’t disregard my time as I am earning income just like every business owner. If you want more than one person to attend there is an additional fee for each person. Training sessions are confidential and private, and your information will never be shared with anyone else. Also, one of the things that I offer is privacy and confidentiality. The reason you don’t see other clients is because, to keep it real, this is training that although purposeful the way society thinks today people are busy bodies. Accounting and business management handle deep private matters.
But I want you to know many people benefit from help in this area more than you know. Most are pretending or going off unprofessional advice. Many are living off debt, and no hit to you if you are for now, but the goal is to have your business produce profitable living income. So, getting accounting assistance and especially with learning how to budget and better management is a private matter and I do not believe in broadcasting your needs. (Commentary.)
I want you to know that you are in a private and safe space and no judgement. I do not have the mindset of most people and I believe we all need to learn to succeed. I think everyone can succeed with learning. (Commentary.) We all need assistance or can improve on something. Otherwise, I would not even have gone to school. So, learning new skills is important and especially when that is boosted by my experience of the ups and the downs.
I also have the ability to research and apply accounting, business, and
tax practices per person to help you benefit and maintain your business without
surprise hits to your revenue. I believe in preparing before we venture
out. Or if you are already in business, how can you grow from within your
business? With business optimization procedures. Often people think
building a business only means adding clients but building a business is based
on how you operate. (Commentary.) Accounting is the heart of business.
